TITLE: Marketing Campaign and Operations Manager DEPARTMENT: Marketing LOCATION: Madrid, Spain TYPE: Full time, Hybrid OVERVIEW As the Marketing Campaign and Operations Manager, you will drive our marketing and sales initiatives, manage our HubSpot platform, and ensure seamless integration with our CRM, Salesforce. You will execute digital campaigns and collaborate closely with our Product, Inside Sales, and Direct Sales teams to deliver global marketing campaigns.
5 Years of Experience Required Required experience and skills HubSpot Management: Optimize and manage our HubSpot platform to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Lead Generation: Execute top-of-the-funnel strategies, ensuring smooth integration between HubSpot and Salesforce to drive lead generation and sales conversion. Digital Campaigns: Coordinate and execute targeted digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Run ABM campaigns, working with Sales leaders and Inside Sales teams to create and track digital campaigns. Data Management: Maintain HubSpot data lists from inbound resources such as events, webinars, IPC Salesforce data, and the website to ensure data accuracy and usability. Collaboration: Collaborate with the design and global events manager to drive pre-event marketing, manage invites, and analyze post-event data. Content Creation: Draft, edit, and enhance email marketing content, working closely with professional copywriters. Flexibility: Ability to support the global marketing team as and where needed with ad-hoc marketing operational items. Occasional trips to our London office to meet with key internal stakeholders. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience: Proven experience with marketing software platforms (HubSpot essential), analytic tools, and databases. Experience in a managerial role with knowledge of the broader Marketing and Sales Function. Experience working with other Marketing specialties like Product Marketing, Public Relations and Digital Marketing. Experience working across multiple time-zones. Skills: Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Experience in digital campaign management. Excellent communication and project management skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a 'can do' attitude. Preferred: Understanding of financial markets and financial technology.
