Job Description As the Marketing Automation Manager you lead the adoption of a Marketing cloud platform(s) within our organization, test and scale Marketing automation tools that drive customer acquisition and retention.
With a strong understanding and experience of marketing technology and best practices you turn business requirements into reality, so all teams have the technology and insights they need to continuously improve the customer experience.
The objective is to automate personalized marketing activities and journey orchestration for lead nurturing and increasing cross-/upselling potential.
This role encompasses the full project lifecycle, from creating and presenting the business case to senior leadership to overseeing the implementation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and ensuring successful deployment.
These are your tasks in more detail: Marketing Automation Tool: Developing a comprehensive business case for the marketing cloud platform, outlining the value proposition, key objectives, potential ROI, and business benefits.
Based on the Tires Business and marketing strategy, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting the most suitable automation tools.
Marketing Data Strategy, Compliance & Governance: Unifying marketing data, automating reporting, and identifying optimization opportunities with AI (e.G.
predictive models for customer and consumer behavior), while ensuring that all aspects of the platform adhere to relevant data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.
Defining and implementing the data strategy for marketing to improve marketing decision making, better ROI, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management: Ensuring that the cloud platform meets cross-departmental needs.
Developing a change management strategy to drive adoption across the organization, ensuring that all relevant teams are adequately trained and prepared for the new system.
Project Management: Leading the MVP phase of the implementation, ensuring delivery of critical features while minimizing time to value.
Ensuring the MVP delivers critical functionality that provides business value and a foundation for future expansion.
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Communicating project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
