As the steward of our customer relationship management (CRM)marketingsolutions, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our customer engagement platforms.
We are looking for a results-driven professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance our CRMMarketingcapabilities, ensuringoptimalcustomer experiences across our organization.What are we looking for?Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.significantyears experienceas a business analyst or junior product ownerProven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder managementfor Salesforce Marketing Cloud global rollouts in a multi-country multi-brandenvironmentIn-depth understanding of data management principles, including data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle management.Familiarity with data modeling, data mapping, and database concepts.Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.Attention to detail in documenting technical specifications and data-related workflows.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tofacilitatecollaboration between business units and the development team.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to contribute to project planning and coordination efforts.Experience working within project timelines and delivering on project milestones.NICE TO HAVEExperience using data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making.Awareness of data privacy regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance in data-related activities.What will be your key responsibilities?As a vital member of our CRM Marketing team, the Business Analyst playsa central rolein bridging the gap between businessobjectivesand technical solutions.
With a keen understanding of marketing processes and a knack for data analysis, you will be instrumental in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements for CRM marketing initiatives.
Yourexpertisein data mapping ensures the smooth andaccurateflow of information within our systems.
Acting as a key communicator, you will serve as a liaison between business units and development teams, translating requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Your problem-solving skills will be crucial inidentifyingand resolving technical challenges, contributing to the seamless functioning of our CRM marketing systems.
Join us in driving innovation, efficiency, and success in our marketing endeavors.Collaborate withstakeholders from your own CRM CORE team /squad members (such as Product Owner,Scrummaster, SolutionArchitect,Software Engineers etc.)
as well as Marketing & IT teams within market /division business unitsto gather, analyze, and document business requirementsand marketing use cases /campaigns /journeysfor CRM marketing initiatives.Conduct comprehensive data analysis and mapping exercises to ensure efficient andaccuratedata flow within CRM marketing systems.Act as a liaison between business units and development teams, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Facilitate seamless communication.Assistinidentifyingand resolving technical challenges to ensure CRM marketing systems meet both business and technical requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize CRM marketing features, functionalities, and enhancements.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to project coordination efforts.Youand your CRM CORE squad /teamwill deliver some key capabilities such as (not limited to)ConsumerJourney Mapping:You will map outsimple as well ascomplex consumerjourneys, based on businessrequirements, usingSFMC drag-n-drop GUI allowingthe creation of multi-step, multi-channel campaigns.Trigger-based Automation:You will create journeysfor our brands thatcan beinitiatedbased on specific triggers such as consumeractions, events, or data changes.Examples include making a purchaseat MARS brand website or physical clinic, joining a loyalty program, or abandoning a shopping cart.Multi-Channel EngagementD2C:Your CRM product will help our brands to engage with endconsumersacross various channels like email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and web, ensuringa cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.Personalization and Dynamic Content:Your CRM product will help our brands usedynamic content in emails and messages to personalizecommsbased on customer attributes and behavior.Audience Segmentation:Your CRM product will help brands to segment audiences based on demographics, behavior,past purchase historyor customcriteriaA/B Testing and Optimization:You will be tests different paths and messagesand timings & triggerswithin journeys, thusoptimizingthe consumerexperience with data &insightsIP Warm Up:You will be working closely with the ROLLOUT teams tograduallyincreasingthe volume of emails sent with a new IP address to build a good sender reputation with Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
