Marketing Associate (Open For Fresh Graduates)

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!A background or interest in operations management is a plus.Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Pasig.Job Responsibilities:Assist with the coordination of daily operations and ensure that administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Organize and schedule internal meetings, conferences, and client communications.Support the marketing department by assisting with campaign execution, content creation, and market research.Help monitor the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns and prepare reports on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates). Assist in coordinating promotional activities, social media updates, and email marketing efforts.Provide operational support for marketing events, product launches, or online promotions.Specialization/Technical Skills:Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, and marketing analytics.Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp, Hootsuite, etc.).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management software.
