Marketing Associate - La Union

Responsibilities:

Handling, updating, and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns and queries. Assisting Marketing assistants and BM's on pre-screening documents and requirements submitted by the loan consultant. Boosting the sales engagement of the assigned loan consultant per branch in delivering new or renewal accounts. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new Loans Consultants. Escalating concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick action and implementing approved solutions on a case-by-case basis. Assisting or executing programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department. Key Requirements:

1-2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course with relevant experience in Banking and Finance. Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders. Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
