Marketing Assistant - VIE Contract

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant with a VIE contract to support the marketing team in executing effective campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
This role involves coordinating marketing activities, conducting market research, and assisting with creating promotional materials.
By efficiently managing operational tasks and providing valuable insights, the Marketing Assistant ensures the seamless operation of marketing initiatives.
In this position, you will work with Amandine Simoni, Piera Carchedi, and other team members.
Your Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations: Assist the content team in creating digital marketing assets, including banners, email design templates, small graphic designs, and brochures for various countries of operation.
Manage and support our social media channels.
Support the event specialist with the technical setup and execution of webinars.
Aid the Performance team by researching keywords, target audiences, channels, ad copy and creating small designs.
Contribute to the enhancement of email marketing initiatives, including newsletter development.
Create and maintain reports on website analytics, social media metrics, and email marketing performance.

Product Marketing:

Assist the Marketing Director with industry, market, and competitor research across different regions of operation.
Research various customer personas in our target markets.
Perform any research that aids the Marketing Director in decision-making and supports the marketing team in creating valuable content for prospects, leads, and customers.
Enhance communication efforts surrounding our Referral Program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to have 70% operations and 30% marketing strategy experience, supported by our expert team on the missions performed.
What you bring to the role:

Excellent communication skills in native or advanced French and English.
Good knowledge of Google Suite (Slides, Spreadsheets, Docs)
Interest in digital tools (email marketing, design, social media, digital, Canva, InDesign)
Interest in carrying out research across markets, analysing and brainstorming ideas.
Learning Agility: A strong can-do attitude, with a keen interest in learning new skills and adapting to different situations swiftly.
Good interpersonal skills.
High organisational skills.
Oriented to detail.
Interest in working in a fast-growing digital and multilingual environment.

Valuable:

Other European language is a plus (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch).
Knowledge in digital tools (email marketing, design, social media, digital, Canva, InDesign).
Previous internship in marketing.
