Job Responsibilities: Assist the marketing department with administrative tasks.Manage and maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software.Assist in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.Manage the portfolio of sponsored riders/teams.Plan and coordinate events and shows.Manage the social networks of Bihr Iberia.Elaborate and execute the advertising plan.Direct contact with media and communication agencies. Requirements: Public relations experience.Marketing and project management experience is desirable but not essential.Ability to prioritize, manage a challenging workload, and work on your initiative.Knowledge in digital and traditional marketing work.Ability to deliver market-leading events.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and a competent writer.Ability to sustain very high levels of enthusiasm and commitment.University or master's degree in marketing and communication.Experience in a similar position is not essential but will be well considered.Fluent in English & Spanish professionally, spoken & written – B2/C1. Other languages will be taken into account.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with a high level in Excel.Familiarity with graphic design tools.Availability to travel.
