Responsibilities Event support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of unforgettable events and campaigns. Handle logistical tasks, including event setup and coordination with internal teams. Content creation Support the organization of video and photoshoots, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the brand's identity. Collaborate with the design team to develop impactful marketing materials, including social media content, promotional assets, and branding initiatives. Create and edit live content on-site to capture and share real-time moments that enhance audience engagement. Public Relations Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and local businesses. Help coordinate influencer visits, media campaigns, and PR activations. Community engagement Support community outreach efforts to enhance local connections and brand presence. Help identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders. Administrative assistance Manage schedules and timelines for marketing initiatives. Ensure campaigns and events stay on track and meet deadlines. Team collaboration Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator and the Marketing Manager to align on strategies and initiatives.
