Qualifications:Graduate of Business Administration major in Management, Marketing and any other related coursesMinimum of 1-2 years related working experience gained from Motorcycle Dealership or related industries, but newly graduates are welcome to applyKnowledgeable in principles, strategies & concepts related to Sales, Marketing, Advertising and PromotionsPossesses strong determination, aggressiveness and positive attitudeMust be with extrovert personality, creative and outgoingResponsibilities:Conduct monthly surveys on competitor's pricing, promotions and other related activities required by immediate superior or Head OfficeRecommend monthly marketing activities & strategies to immediate superior to generate inquiries & applications as a source of potential cash & installment buyersEstablish strong network connectionsEnsure availability & proper utilization of all Marketing tools and paraphernaliaEntertain all sales inquiries (in the branch & off-site) and ensure consistent follow-up to convert them into applicationsAssist the Store Manager in the preparation & execution of Marketing activitiesFacilitate customer satisfaction surveys for all customers transacting with the branch every month to measure customer satisfaction indexHandle all customers' complaints and coordinate them with the concerned person, department or supplierAssist the Store Manager in the implementation of store cleanliness & orderliness outlined in the Store Management ChecklistJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Life insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
