Job Description Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. Liaise with key European stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. Support the coordination and logistics of events, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis. Oversee podcast production from start to finish, including guest management, scheduling, logistics, and content distribution across platforms. Analyze marketing reports, track performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, content, and strategies. Quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and marketing trends. Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and suggesting improvements. Qualifications Proficiency in managing YouTube and other social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). Strong analytical skills with the ability to review marketing reports and provide data-driven recommendations. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Quick learner with a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box. High level of proactivity and initiative in completing tasks and suggesting improvements. Preferred: Experience working in digital marketing or related roles. Interest or experience in podcast production tools and platforms.
