This means advancing your career, learning new skills, and contributing to a company that values its employees and the communities it serves.Who are we looking for:As a Marketing Assistant, you are expected to assist the marketing team in executing strategies to promote our products, enhance brand awareness, and engage our target audience. Provides administrative support, assists in the creation of marketing materials, manages social media platforms, analyzes campaign data, and contributes creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.Reviews and prepares store plotting in preparation of the store's collaterals and signages installations.Coordinates with Bldg and/or Mall Admin (Lessor) on request of additional opening signages.In charge of the encoding of opening promo in the Promo Application System (PAS).Layouts, consolidates, and uploads the price sign to the marketing site then cascades the promo information to the DC Marketing.Assists in the preparation of guidelines for the stores including but not limited to guidelines for communications.Prepares and presents the promo briefing deck to DC marketing. Reviews the presentation prior to cascade.Generates and consolidates promotional data as needed.Attends local store marketing activity, requests and cascades. Ensure that marketing collaterals and signages are installed prior to the activity launch.Supports the Marketing team with ad-hoc project work. I.E Meat Shop, Five Star etc.Informs the creative team on the latest store opening. Coordinates with DC marketing for the store opening photos and turns them over to Creatives/Digital for social media material preparation.Coordinates digital team on KOL plans and shares store recommendations to DC Marketing for checking/coordination.Monitors the escalated Help Desk cases received and provides action plans.Occasionally conducts store audits and ocular visits to stores.What does it take to be part of the team?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Business Management or related field.At least 6 months of working experience in marketing or related areas.Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software, and social media platforms.Strong communication and organizational skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
