Allergan Aesthetics is a fast-growing and dynamic franchise within Abbvie. This position is being created to help lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Allergan Aesthetic portfolio in the Country. Allergan's Aesthetics portfolio includes a botulinum toxin, a range of facial fillers, and a medical device for fat reduction. This portfolio includes prescription-only medicines, as well as medical devices and capital equipment. The AD of Marketing will operate across these different technologies, driving marketing programmes to support brand and customer needs, whilst abiding to the relevant codes of conduct.
Key Responsibilities FinancialsParticipate in the setting of annual sales targets and forecasts for established and new products.Routinely utilize market data to appraise brand performance and take action as appropriate.Manage promotional budget to ensure that activities are conducted as per the brand plan.Development of Brand Strategy and Tactical DeploymentLead the development of robust strategic plan for brands within franchise.Lead the development of annual cross-functional and operational brand plans. Align full multichannel strategy (sales team, other channels) to strategic plan.Create campaign assets for roll out to teams (e.g., Digital Sales Aids, Briefing Documents, Training Guides).Develop digital marketing programmes for portfolio (in line with GDPR and HCP compliance frameworks).Develop consumer campaigns for relevant parts of portfolio.Manage creative and medical communication agencies.Prepare and launch new products and categories.Ensure clear cascade of strategy and plans throughout organization with specific emphasis on sales teams.Inspire and Lead a TeamManage and develop marketing team to optimize their contribution to the business and enhance their work experience.Work with reports to create individual development plans, and follow up through regular meetings.Develop a team culture aligned to Allergan values.Lead cross-functional marketing and brand meetings.Qualifications Must have prior healthcare marketing experience.Product launch experience at a country or international level.Prior customer-facing experience (sales/sales management preferable).Experience of hiring and managing external agencies (creative/med comms).Digital and consumer experience preferred.Sales/sales management experience or can demonstrate how they have gained strong understanding of customer needs/insights and applied these in their marketing career.Dermatology or Skin Care experience.Behaviours/Skills Strong communication skills (1:1 verbal, written and presentations).Demonstrated leadership and excellent influencing skills.Very strong planning and project management skills.Creativity.Ability to work well in a team environment, multi-functional collaboration.Ability to multi-task and to get things done.Flexible and adaptable approach.Compliance and Integrity
