What You'll Do Marketing Partnership Development: Help identify and connect with interesting partners, such as media outlets, creators, and universities, etc.

Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with customers, potential leads, industry experts, and journalists.
Social Media Assistance: Support the implementation of social media campaigns aligned with our marketing strategy by contributing ideas and providing operational support.
Content Support: Assist in curating and fine-tuning text, image, and video content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
Community Interaction: Help monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in collaboration with the team.
Feedback Monitoring: Contribute to tracking, analyzing, and reporting on customer feedback and online reviews to improve engagement strategies.
Trend Spotting: Stay informed about the latest digital trends and technologies, sharing insights with the team to inspire future projects.
Event Support: Provide assistance in organizing and attending events aimed at strengthening community ties and boosting brand awareness.

Minimum Requirements Languages: Perfect Spanish and English.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Community Manager, with a track record of impactful initiatives.
Community Building: Experience in launching and managing community initiatives, such as online forums, ambassador programs, event series, and email newsletters.
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to identify and monitor key community metrics, such as repeat attendance at events and engagement trends.
Outstanding Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing social media platforms for brands, with a focus on growth and engagement.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting website traffic and online customer engagement data.
Marketing Know-How: In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and channels.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
