In this position, you'll work directly with clients and your Leading With Nice colleagues developing and executing marketing and communications deliverables.You'll be responsible for developing marketing and communications calendars for several clients and then producing content such as social media posts, social advertising copy and art, email newsletters, marketing emails, blog, and other website content.In regular meetings with clients, you'll discuss their marketing and communications goals and help them understand different pathways available to achieve those goals.About YouYou're comfortable writing marketing emails, social posts, and website content.

As a result of our broad client base, we need someone to help create content for clients, meet with them to assess their needs, tackle projects that don't already have a defined delivery method, and participate in internal company business.Job ResponsibilitiesMarketing and Communication Client Support – 75%Create compelling and engaging content that aligns with our and our clients' brand voice and marketing objectives.Write and edit copy for various marketing channels, including website pages, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.Collaborate with the client and your Leading With Nice colleagues to develop and execute content marketing strategies.Monitor and analyze the performance of our content marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, and share insights with the team.The diverse team at Leading With Nice keeps an open mind to how your past experiences might make you a good fit.Technical web work – 15%Research solutions to problems that may not have an existing pathway, such as how to get information on a website form submitted to Google Sheets and their corporate HR software.Build webpages using existing templates and insert photos and other graphics on a page.General Responsibilities – 10%Attend weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings.Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.Have access to transportation.Work on special projects and contribute ideas to the growth of the organization.Be proficient in Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.Reporting and analysis of data.Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.QualificationsThere are many paths to working at Leading With Nice in this job function.
