From Candee, Talent Consultancy specialised in Digital Marketing, we are managing this position for the new project of Dazia Capital.

What is the project about? The new project of Dazia Capital is the new operator of flex living, a growing residential rental model that offers real estate solutions with greater flexibility for residents to enjoy. Dazia Capital's aim is to create design led spaces where everyone can be themselves, prioritising customer focus to provide unforgettable experiences.

The project has four new buildings that will open in 2025 and will include 1,500 flats with the aim of reaching 2,500 flats throughout the Madrid region, with further expansion planned in key areas of other Spanish cities. Dazia Capital is a real estate investment and asset management company specialising in the Spanish residential sector.

You will work as part of the property management team, reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating with the Sales team and other external stakeholders.

What will your mission be? You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our new aparthotel openings. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to ensure successful launches and continuous growth of our aparthotel portfolio.

Your main functions will be:

Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for the launch of new aparthotel schemes. Define the social media strategy (primarily for Instagram and Facebook), overseeing and approving the content to ensure that social media communication aligns with the overall strategy. Manage the CRM strategy through Hubspot, being responsible for creating and writing content, designing it, managing the distribution, and measuring the results of email marketing campaigns. Strong focus on Content Creation, developing compelling content for marketing materials such as the website or brochures. Work closely with the design team to ensure that all visual and written materials are aligned with the brand guidelines. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Plan and execute launch events and promotional activities to generate buzz and attract potential guests and partners. Engage in cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with sales and operations teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are consistent and effective. Stay updated on trends and changes in consumer behavior within the hospitality sector. Track and report regularly on the marketing actions and campaigns carried out, identifying improvement areas for future campaigns. What are they looking for? Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication and/or Audiovisuals. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
