This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to ensure successful launches and continuous growth of our aparthotel portfolio.Your main functions will be:Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for the launch of new aparthotel schemes.Define the social media strategy (primarily for Instagram and Facebook), overseeing and approving the content to ensure that social media communication aligns with the overall strategy.Manage the CRM strategy through Hubspot, being responsible for creating and writing content, designing it, managing the distribution, and measuring the results of email marketing campaigns.Strong focus on Content Creation, developing compelling content for marketing materials such as the website or brochures.Work closely with the design team to ensure that all visual and written materials are aligned with the brand guidelines.Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.Plan and execute launch events and promotional activities to generate buzz and attract potential guests and partners
