Be in charge primarily of advancing our communication levels to make the organization more known in the market and the industry through existing or newly developed tools.Responsibilities Fosters and advances the product vision and market position by keeping abreast of and documenting global market trends, competitor landscape and client needs to inform marketing strategies and maintain competitiveness. Collaborates with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the product portfolio and the direction of the Company. Develops successful strategies and campaigns to grow product line sales. Creates competitive advantage. Develops and implements innovative marketing strategies to enhance market position within the country. Designs, documents, and models the offering of products and services within the segment of the value chain, including defining the product development roadmap and associated business cases. Manages new product development and product launch activities internally and externally. Defines and leads the delivery of products release plans. Manages product optimization and coordinates with RD and various functions on product reformulation activities to fulfill customer needs. Actively builds and maintains brand awareness and positioning that attracts customers to the product or service. Develops country-based advertising and promotional programs. Develops sales tools for Sales team and customers. Supports sales and lead generation efforts. Works with Sales and Marketing department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction. Builds and manages the website, marketing communications and social media presence. Proactively supports the transition of organizations being integrated into one group. Continues to improve and differentiate the customer value proposition vs competitors to allow for value-based pricing strategy vs cost-based pricing. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand equity of the company is nurtured and protected via consistency in delivery of customer value propositions. Actively develops and maintains his consultant and contractor network. Organizes, attends and participates in exhibitions, seminars, conventions/conference to put in light and promote the company.Qualifications Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) major in Marketing or relevant field. Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within similar industry. Experience running successful marketing campaigns. At least 10 years of experience in the construction or related industry. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership skills. Eloquent in both spoken and written English communication. Superior presentation skills using existing or much advanced tools. Strong expertise in developing networks and connections with key contacts in the relevant market.What's in it for you?
