We also offer higher education institutions marketing services for these programs, from strategic planning and the design of campaigns to their effective launching on all relevant digital platforms. Responsibilities/Tasks Own CRM Marketing Operations to nurture or reactivate leads towards enrolment to most suitable programBuild and maintain Email/WhatsApp marketing journeys in SFMC/relevant toolsExpertly navigate the technical aspects of the CRM platform and maintain strong relationships with platform support teams (SFMC)Understand the needs of different internal business units and consumer behavior to formulate content and segmentation strategies.Determine and implement metrics for campaign measurement, and report on campaign success. Continuously improve campaigns and inform marketing team membersConduct experiments on user segmentation & personalization, with proper testing frameworks, and identifying wins for broader implementationMaintain a balance between rapid execution for growth and adherence to business complianceRequirements: Bachelor's degree in either marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is an advantage!3-5 years of experience in the CRM Marketing function of a rapidly growing, digital-first businessHands on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot/Marketo processes, templates, best practices etc.Strong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel (SQL querying experience required)Adapt at crafting nurturing programs for 'trigger based' and drip communications that advance prospects through the buying cycleProven experience in deploying marketing campaigns across channels such as email, WhatsApp, and SMSYou have a bias for action and a desire to make an impactExcellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skillsWhat do we offer at Global Alumni?
