We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.We are currently looking for a Marketing and Commercial Analytics Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.The purpose of this position is to provide advanced commercial sales support to Group Account Managers/Sales Operational Leaders, help to drive a more effective sales process across the organization and to ensure internal/external Customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities:Build and Maintain Customer Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of assigned customers, including roles, responsibilities, key decision-makers, and internal relationships.Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with Axalta partners to ensure customer needs are well understood and commitments are consistently met.Commercial and Contract Support: Provide advanced commercial assistance to Account Managers, manage contract reviews, and assist in preparing standardized price and service offers.Process and Compliance Management: Oversee SOX-related processes for sales and revenue (rebates, discounts, pricing validation) and ensure accurate and timely posting of accruals and sales.Data Management and Systems Updates: Create and update customer data in Salesforce, manage Customer Portals, initiate Talend requests for new customer setups, and maintain KG price changes in SAP and other systems.Continuous Improvement and Training: Lead or support process improvement projects, provide backup coverage for Commercial Specialists, manage web cycles, and train new trainees.Key requirements:Experience: +3-5 years of relevant work experience, working in Data Analysis, manipulating raw data or similar field.Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field.Technical Knowledge: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and SAP (ideally S4Hana), Salesforce, and PowerBI.Languages: fluency in English and Spanish, with additional language skills as a plus.Core Skills: Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail. Customer-Service Skills, as you are someone who builds and maintains collaborative relationships, listens actively to understand customer needs, and proactively addresses and resolves issues.
