Marketing and Business Development Manager - REMOTE

Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and program enrollment.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Assist with sales and marketing efforts to promote the program.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand program offerings and reach.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and potential clients.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Develop promotional materials and campaigns to highlight the unique features and benefits of our programs.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of target audiences.
Use insights from research to refine marketing strategies and program offerings.
Manage budgets and resources.
Research and identify competitive pricing for program offerings.
Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the position.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with pricing strategies and sales is preferred.
