Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Lead data-driven campaigns and product positioning rooted in deep customer and market understanding across all marketing channels, including CRM, digital, social media, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with the Binance community, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement activities.
Plan and implement community-building strategies via various local social channels and offline events to drive engagement and foster a sense of community among our users.
Collaborate closely with the ES Marketing Lead and other regional and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in marketing, operations, or community relations, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech industry.
Proven experience launching and managing community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an affiliate program, managing events, managing social media platforms).
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
Strong ability to multitask and work quickly under tight daily deadlines.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
