As our Marketing Analyst, you will monitor market data, measure campaign effectiveness, and deliver insights to support ongoing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze marketing metrics and apply insights to reduce customer attrition and increase revenue.
Analyze customer data to identify behavior patterns, preferences, and market trends.
Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimize digital campaigns and improve ROI.
Deliver data-driven insights to inform paid media, SEO, content, and email strategies.
Create concise performance reports for senior management, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a marketing analyst or a similar role in a data-driven environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, like traffic, conversion rates, CPC, and CLV.
Skilled in interpreting data to drive informed, strategic decisions.
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data clearly and concisely.
High organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in analysis and reporting.
Effective at engaging with peers and external teams in discussions and projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Strong data presentation skills, able to present at multiple job levels.
