As a Marketing Manager with strategic thinking, you'll connect market trends, brands strategies with dsm-firmenich value proposal to identify new business opportunities. Working in cross-functional collaboration, you will have a key role to develop impactful presentations highlighting our unique value proposition, propelling our brands to the forefront of the industry.

Your key responsibilities Develop a strong cross-category expertise of the local market and trends and their evolutions and feed the team about new business opportunities or potential white spaces. Know the strategic local players, brands, clients portfolios and novelties for the country to identify rising stars. Develop continuous knowledge of dsm-firmenich value proposal and existing material, including the proactive initiatives by category, to be used and customized to maximize client engagement and business opportunities creation. Contribute and understand the Regional Consumers Brands European strategy to execute it locally thanks to the deployment of the proactive initiatives relevant for the market. Design material for defined European proactive initiatives. Deliver impactful presentations to respond to briefs thanks to the right dsm-firmenich value proposal customized for clients. Monitor local product & fragrance databases to feed dsm-firmenich tools. Identify new clients to hunt for the Spanish market and open doors for business development. Work in close collaboration with Sales, FDM, Consumer Insights, Regional Consumer Brands Europe Marketing team, Global Marketing and the Regional Consumer Brands team located in Spain. You bring 6 to 8 years' experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry or in Home Care (Laundry or Surface Care) or Personal Care (Beauty) industry with close interactions with perfume houses. Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brands clients and market dynamics. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable. Good leadership and drive skills. Structured and strategic thinking. Engaged, can-do attitude and proactive spirit. Teamwork oriented with fast learning ability to consolidate knowledge internally and with clients.
