As a Marketing Manager with strategic thinking, you'll connect market trends, brands strategies with dsm-firmenich value proposal to identify new business opportunities.

Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.Your key responsibilities Develop a strong cross-category Expertise of the local market and trends and their evolutions and feed the team, through the different defined channels, about new business opportunities or potential white spacesKnow the strategic local players, brands, clients portfolios and novelties for country to identify rising starsDevelop continuous knowledge of dsm-firmenich value proposal and existing material, including the proactive initiatives by category,to be used and customizedto maximize clients engagement and business opportunities creationContribute and understand the Regional Consumers Brands European strategy to execute it locally thanks to the deployment of the proactive initiatives relevant for the marketDesign material for defined European proactive initiativesDeliver impactful presentation to answer to brief thank to the right dsm-firmenich value proposal customized for clientMonitoring of local product & fragrance databases to feed dsm-firmenich toolsIdentify new clients to hunt for Spanish market and open doors for business developmentWork in close collaboration with Sales, FDM, Consumer Insights, Regional Consumer Brands Europe Marketing team, Global Marketing and the Regional Consumer Brands team located in Spain.We bringA rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers; A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset; A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally; The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose; A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome; You bring6 to 8 years' experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry or in Home Care (Laundry or Surface Care) or Personal Care (Beauty) industry with close interactions with perfumes houses.Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brands clients and market dynamics.Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable.Good leadership and drive skillsStructured and strategic thinkingEngaged, can do attitude and proactive spirit.Teamwork oriented with fast learning ability to consolidate knowledge internally and with clients.Agile, adaptable to consumer.Our recruitment processAre you interested in this role?
