Job Description Reported to the Market Risk Manager for coffee and sugar and the Risk Processes Manager for all the platforms/functions, you will:
Be in charge of producing, analyzing, reporting, and improving positions, risk metrics, and PnL analysisBe a leading role in designing, implementing, and automating the risk reports and processes, with emphasis on process and tool improvementWork on the re-architecting of the processes for Risks, emphasizing automation and analyticsMain Responsibilities: From a market point of view:Collaborate closely with platforms and middle office to understand position and price movementsSupport risk manager in building key market risk indicatorsBe interested and willing to learn/understand market movements and its drivers while staying updated about relevant markets and newsFrom a process improvement standpoint:Work closely with the risk process to improve practicesEnvision and create analytics to support risk analysis and reporting, including data visualization and dashboardsDesign and implement improvements to the functionality of the Risk systems, providing analysis tools and reportingAssist with the automation of data integration and reporting tasksYour profile: University degree in Business administration/Accounting/Finance5+ years of relevant working experienceKnowledge of agri-commoditiesProven track record on project implementationProgramming ability in Excel and PowerBIExperience in coding Excel Macros and PowerBi/Analyze in Excel; SAS is a plusAble to lead system improvement projects from the analysis to the executionAble to interact with different internal counterparties and officesWilling to learn Market Risk methodologies and expand their knowledge on the subject mattersA proactive person, with an analytical mind, and good communication skillsSolid skills at negotiating solutions, and enjoy driving improvementWhat We Offer We provide a dynamic and stimulating international environment, which will stretch and develop your abilities and channel your skills and expertise with outstanding career development opportunities in one of the largest and most solid private companies in the world.
