Your role at Cheil: Market Research Specialist? What we are looking for?Market Research SpecialistAs the Market Research Specialist, you will be responsible for providing the company with high quality and insightful data and learnings. Your main objective will be to use the tools and data available and coordinate potential market research projects, with the main goal to provide Cheil teams audience and consumer intelligence.The responsibilities of the role:Understand and able to run a quantitative research (qualitative knowledge is a plus).Run requested analysis, going beyond purely data and obtain valuable insights for clients and other team members.Analyze results and translate data into meaningful market insights (integrating new trends, prospective/ innovation and socio-economical data).Should be able to read and go deep into existing data reports to give our clients, and Cheil a strategic advantage.Able to manage GWI, TGI or similar data platforms and build comprehensive reports and analysis that are actionable.Utilize data analysis and Business Intelligence tools to identify improvement and optimization opportunities in digital strategies.Be proactive and resourceful, you will be able to recommend which tools, analysis, or data sources we should use, in order to improve the data and analytics process.Be curious: stay abreast of latest trends and best practices in market research to drive better analysis.Skills:This profile should possess technical, strategic and leadership skills.
