? What we are looking for?
Market Research Specialist
As the Market Research Specialist, you will be responsible for providing the company with high quality and insightful data and learnings. Your main objective will be to use the tools and data available and coordinate potential market research projects, with the main goal to provide Cheil teams audience and consumer intelligence.
The responsibilities of the role:
Understand and able to run a quantitative research (qualitative knowledge is a plus).
Run requested analysis, going beyond purely data and obtain valuable insights for clients and other team members.
Analyze results and translate data into meaningful market insights (integrating new trends, prospective/ innovation and socio-economical data).
Should be able to read and go deep into existing data reports to give our clients, and Cheil a strategic advantage.
Able to manage GWI, TGI or similar data platforms and build comprehensive reports and analysis that are actionable.
Utilize data analysis and Business Intelligence tools to identify improvement and optimization opportunities in digital strategies.
Be proactive and resourceful, you will be able to recommend which tools, analysis, or data sources we should use, in order to improve the data and analytics process.
Be curious: stay abreast of latest trends and best practices in market research to drive better analysis.

This profile should possess technical, strategic and leadership skills. Including:

Ability to communicate with other areas of the business, the rest of the business areas and the client.
Quantitative Knowledge: project design, writing a questionnaire, implementation, tabulation of data, and analysis.
Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data, and make decisions based on insights.
Problem solving: A creative and analytical thinker with the ability for identifying and solving challenges.
Project management skills.

Qualification:
Relevant experience in market research: At least 3 years of experience working on a market research role, preferably in market research agencies, media/advertising agencies.University degree in Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Advertising or Market Research related field.
Knowledge of market research tools or platforms will be preferred like: GWI, TGI, AIMC, SPSS…
Effective communication skills, leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest market research tools and methodologies to continually bring innovative ideas.
High level of English.

Timetable from Monday to Thursday from 09.00-18.15 and Fridays from 09.00-15.00. July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00.
Hybrid working model.
?22 days of annual leave, plus 24 and 31 December and Advertising Day.

We are located in Alcobendas and we have a direct bus service, 100% free, with departures from Plaza Castilla, Chamartín , Avenida Ámerica and Nuevos Ministerios to our offices.
