This role is accountable for identifying powerful consumer, shopper & market insights and turning them into a source of competitive advantage for the internal teams in the company.
He/she will be the voice of the consumer & shopper and will ensure insights are integrated into all decision-making forums.
The Business Insights Analyst has the responsibility of providing the best possible understanding of consumer & shopper behaviour and market & category trends through all available data points.
This is a key analytical role in gathering, understanding, and sharing insights with key stakeholders within the company.
He/she will achieve this by analysing primary and secondary sourced data.
He/she will work alongside the Business Insights Manager building insight stories and reports to enable timely understanding of performance.
Areas of Responsibilities: Analyse quantitative/qualitative information (sell out, market trends and forecast, consumer and shopper behaviour) and translate it into actionable insight. Lead research projects and develop novel insights approaches. Support Category Team in analysing category performance and spotting new trends. Support Sales teams with market information and customer presentations - prepare and present. Support the Business Insights Manager in strategic projects and presentations within the company. Build true partner relationships with internal teams (sales, category, marketing) to drive insights into action. Manage relationships with external insights agencies. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? University / Higher education degree (preferably related to Economics, Marketing, Statistics or similar). Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. Panel data analysis experience (Nielsen, Euromonitor, Mintel, HH panels). Ideally a background in Category Management, Shopper Analytics, Market Research. Specific Knowledge: Panel data analysis. Languages: Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must have.
French, Spanish or German language skills are an asset. Proactive, with motivation and initiative. Efficient in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent analytical skills. Critical thinker who can create actionable insights from data. Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate with influence and able to convince internal stakeholders through structured, fact-based and action-oriented storytelling. Problem framing and solving: Demonstrates initiative in seeking solutions. Prioritization: Prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
