Our team of specialists in High Voltage Power Products based in Madrid Spain.Seize this exciting opportunity as our Market Manager High Voltage Products Spain within Hitachi Energy Spain.
You will lead our High Voltage Products team from in marketing and sales activities, with the goal to develop profitable and sustainable business for the complete product portfolio, from Air/Gas Insulated Switchgear to Power & Industry Components and Service.
You will drive and implement strategies together with the Hub Europe Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure appropriate sales and marketing results for Switzerland.
Your responsibilities Develops business strategies and sales- and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales teamsServes as escalation point for questions and issues and collects customer feedback and inputEnsures proposals are developed and approved to enable negotiationsFull Ownership and P&L responsibility for the High Voltage Swiss Team, including orders received forecast and competitive feedback.Ensures that certifications and engineering capability aligns to local market needsParticipates in the budgeting process, representing the Global Business Unit in the local marketCoordinates product lifecycle marketing initiatives and supports the factory sales and marketing activities in the countryOversees the market intelligence process, ensuring detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition, and emerging technologiesMonthly forecasting accountability and ad-hoc reports to monitor market and progressCustomer quality management & resolution support, driving resolution of customer quality issues to fullest satisfaction Active ownership and participation in the Risk Review processEnsures local sales teams are provided with necessary training and receive appropriate accreditationMember of the Front End Sales ES Hitachi Energy leadership teamYour BackgroundSwitchgear background with proven experience working within the low, medium, or preferably high voltage segmentTransmission & Distribution Utility customer knowledge and experience preferableA proven sales and customer relationship management track record in a related fieldPeople management experience & skillsExperience in overseeing quotation preparation to promote optimal outcomeStrong stakeholder engagementFluent Spanish and English language skills.
