#GrowWhatMatters We are seeking a dynamic Market Developer to drive our company's business strategies and support our short and medium-term growth plans. This role is pivotal in implementing marketing actions and will be responsible for creating comprehensive plans for demand generation, sales representative development, and main distribution channels. The ideal candidate will also develop marketing strategies for key crops and products, and foster relationships with consultancies, all in alignment with country guidelines.
As a crucial business partner to our commercial team, the Market Developer will contribute to strategic initiatives and actions, offering technical support to Sales Representatives and maintaining a strong field presence in priority actions with channels, current, and new customers.
