The role In this role you will be the responsible for one or more costing processes within a CCC. You will deliver timely, accurate and relevant cost data and analysis for all Company codes in the recipient Markets, ensuring team leadership in support to the Head of CCC, having proactive collaboration with recipients Markets to ensure and enhance Costing Knowledge at Nestle, people development and a continuous improvement culture.
What you'll do
Supervise and coordinate costing processes (monthly PEC activities for actual cost, yearly Budget and DFs).
Responsible for full compliance of Costing Standards within own area of responsibilities/department
Identify and implement costing in in all Services Catalogue's areas
Control execution of all necessary reconciliation and checks to ensure quality of data provided with agreed timelines
Provide assistance to the business/functional controllers and lead their respective business review meetings
Participate in Ad Hoc projects as the costing functional expert
Coordination of team in order to deliver Service Catalogue activirties and tasks and active participation to integration of new customers
Deliver and provide costing knowledge at plnify knowledge transfer sessions to the relevant parties in recipient Markets
Prepare an ensure induction program for people in mission at the CCC in the frame of costing people development
Assist the Head of CCC in providing costing support to the business, decision support roles
Lead implementation of new costing functionalities, tools and solutions
Supervise and coordinate the team in his stream

Requirements:
Formal Finance/Accounting qualification of appropriate level (degree or similar)
Prior experience in F&C
Previous experience in a factory will be an asset.
Experience in multicultural/varied nationality environment
Experience within a network organization (internal and external providers)
Proficiency in English.
Experience as Senior Costing Specialist will be an asset.
Experience in Decision Support or Reporting functions
