Under the leadership of the Solutions Director, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing all activities related to pre-sales and resource planning.
This position is full-time, exempt, remote, and requires travel in the EU/UK per business needs up to 75% of the time during peak sales periods.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Responsibilities: Influence prospective customers with support onsite and provide remote executive overviewsLead onsite and remote opportunity blitzes / assessments for prospective customersProvide mentorship and development for account executivesCreate technical scoping activitiesRapidly generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analysesCoordinate completion of RFP / RFQsRequired Skills: Fluency in German and EnglishStrong ability to influence executives and business ownersAbility to create relationships and gain trusted advisor status rapidly with prospective customersHigh business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc)Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologiesAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Sound judgement and excellent assessment skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasksKnowledge and ability to learn computer-based software required to perform successfully in this positionAbility to manage projects under tight deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work in a high-paced, high-growth environmentEducation/Experience: BA or BS – Relevant fields of study can include and are not limited to: Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management.At least 5 years in a Manufacturing Operations/CI/Compliance leadership role.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
