The RoleAs a Manufacturing Planner, you will manage the end-to-end planning of all orders and ensure the seamless execution of our manufacturing processes. This role involves overseeing efficient production by managing order planning, maintaining visual status tools, and leading manufacturing meetings.
What you will doOversee the overall planning of all orders to ensure timely and efficient production.Maintain and update a visual tool displaying the manufacturing status of all orders for easy access by all team members.Conduct real-time M3 planning and replanning.Lead periodic manufacturing meetings to align on progress and address any issues.Calculate the weekly assembly and testing workload.Determine tooling necessities and conduct capacity analysis to ensure production readiness.Provide delivery dates to the Sales team during final negotiations.Communicate the status of all active orders to the Project Management team.Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely and adequate material availability.Calculate the monthly inventory report in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.Correct Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly times as necessary.About YouMinimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing roles, preferably in the valve market.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.Proficiency in using ERPs, particularly Infor M3, for planning and operations.Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.What working at Victaulic offersAttractive remuneration package.Personal growth - cultivate personal growth through a well-defined career path offering annual progression opportunities.
