Develop analysis patterns, metrics and methodologies to determine readiness and compliance to standards.
Work with architects and GPOs to develop and drive towards data standardization and appropriate data governance practices.This is an onsite position.
We are currently hiring in Richmond, VA, Wilmington, DE, Asturias Spain, or Contern, Luxembourg at one of our main manufacturing facilities.Your Key Responsibilities:Work on global implementation projects primarily in area of SAP PP, PP-PI QM modules.Gather requirements from business partners and co-ordinate the customization with responsible team according to the business needs.Ensure integrated design, oversee build activities, test, and deploy the technical objects.Work with internal teams and business partners to identify, classify, and prioritize site specific requirements.Responsibilities will focus on fixing issues in system, understanding business requirements, explaining established processes to business users.Help business users in defining their needs and direct them to the corresponding activities as part of business readiness.Communicate regularly with project leadership, team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention.Must participate in various test cycles and responsible to resolve the issues based on priority.Build partnerships and relationships with supporting business areas, the IT team and with external partners to foster equilibrium between process and system driven solutions.Articulates the role of technology in terms easily understood and grasped by business coworkers.Understands and explains the relationship between business best practice processes and technology.Sets clear expectations for the business on required engagement and activities while balancing project delivery.Accurately quantifies project specific risks throughout the development lifecycle.Understands the basic principles of information security risk and data models.Works collaboratively across matrixed organizations, multiple projects, and with implementation partners.Proactively communicates any foreseen hurdles, barriers, or complications to the process and technology implementation or the path forward.Travel may be required up to 20%.Your Qualification Profile:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Must have knowledge on MM, PP, QM in SAP and have a good understanding of manufacturing business processes.Nice to have interface knowledge between modules and non-SAP application like TrakSYS LIMS.Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.Three years of relevant experience in a similar role working at a manufacturing site.Problem solving and decision making.Strong data analysis/analytics knowledge.Nice to have knowledge of a formal continuous improvement methodology/set of principles (ex.
