Your job?Fully embedded in the CHC Manufacturing Excellence Organization, our team aims at building the best-in-class End to End Manufacturing model and deliver it successfully.Playing a transversal and leadership role, your main accountabilities are to build and sustain a world-class Manufacturing process across our Digital Manufacturing landscape. This includes:the implementation of the Manufacturing strategic roadmap through the design and the roll out of a business core model in our ERP Manufacturing Digital tools,the development of the related capabilities of the Manufacturing community,the continuous improvement of already existing processes,the monitoring of the adherence to the processes in his/her scope,the improvement of the quality of the master and transactional data.Main responsibilities:To contribute to drive the implementation of the CHC Global Manufacturing strategy, aligned with the overall CHC roadmap.They own the Manufacturing Digital core model (ERP mainly in SAP, MES with providers such as Tulip).They drive the design of the Manufacturing ERP Digital Core Model with his/her main stakeholders (Digital, GBS, M&S, …), meeting the requirements of the CHC GBU and CHC customers.They partner with Digital and Manufacturing Community to support the implementation of the ERP Digital Core Model.They build for the business the manufacturing processes in the application Tulip.They will ensure that the objectives of standardization and harmonization are maintained and driven during the deployments through the proper Organization and Change Management activities.They will gather with the process owner all new requirements and change requests maintaining the objective of standardization and harmonization and organizing their prioritization and timely implementation with Digital.They provide education to the Manufacturing community through a concrete and strong change management approach and through clear guidelines to the operational team.They secure master and transactional data quality by defining data quality criteria, profiling, and auditing data, validating data against business rules, and remediating data quality issues.They will conduct regular process maturity assessments and support the operational teams in their corrective and improvements plans.They ensure that the processes of his/her scope are well documented (playbook).They promote a culture of innovation in their scope by understanding the trends and future ways of working through external benchmarking and by sharing the best practices within the Manufacturing community.They contribute to the Excellence in performance by defining and implementing adequate metrics/targets, their proper monitoring and communication.They ensure proper understanding and respect of Internal Control rules.About youExperience: Strong track record in Manufacturing process, Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in a Digital implementation environment, Key user knowledge and proficiency in SAP systems, business processes and data structures, Ability to ramp up quickly on a new system (ex: Tulip), Strong understanding of data management principles and practices, Successful experiences in project management, Experience in the consumer healthcare or fast moving consumer goods industry is a plus.Soft and Technical Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences, Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives, Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a manufacturing related field, Knowledge of SAP systems and SCM principles.Languages: Fluent in English.Why choose us?Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it's through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks' gender-neutral parental leave.Pursue Progress.
