Accountabilities
The jobholder is responsible for the technical support and validation of ME industrialization Work Packages (BoM, routing) and formal request of Industrial Means applicable for the Structural modification in AG1, T23B, Getafe (CAP).
Main activities for technical support of Structural Conversion.
The jobholder is responsible for the impact analysis in FAL production caused by modifications to be approved in the committee and propose the more suitable window to perform the work in Airbus Derivatives & Development center. Concurrence and industrialization for the generation of work orders associated to design drawings. Responsible for tooling and test means definition for MRTT structural conversion. Create the master planning and industrialization of the works to be performed. The jobholder is responsible for managing the link to Quality / Production Control / Production departments: technical assessment to meet all the department requirements. Managing Analysis department inputs/activities via SI (Special Instructions); Work order creation and follow-up in the Airbus Derivatives & Development center. Responsible for the implementation of the NC (HNC's), support to Work order application, design solutions tracking, ERC's (design problem) creation, follow-up, track answers and prepare work orders to implement them. The jobholder is responsible for technical and configuration of FPA's (Flexible Product Assembly). The jobholder will attend and coordinate the CIM meetings (Internal Committee for Modifications).
Outputs for Technical support of Structural Conversion in AG1.
The jobholder will deliver the set of work orders associated to the design drawings which he/she is responsible for. The master plan to FAL production of all the jobcards defined in the area he/she is responsible for, through designated tools.
The jobholder will manage the modification impact approved in the committee.
