Who will you be working with?
You will be working with our operations leadership and production team members, most of which have many years of experience in our operations and have extensive knowledge of our product and processes.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the operations group, you will report directly to our site's General Manager.
You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes in an industrial plant.
You will work through various projects using lean techniques to meet organizational goals.
What do we want to know about you?
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year College or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experienced in Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, PFMEA, Gemba events.
Experience (6 months or more) in Auto-Cad, or ProE is required.
Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures.
