Description (Primary Responsibilities) Providing technical support to production teams Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems Designing tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process Conducting root cause analysis, troubleshoot, and improve processes Ensuring products are manufactured to meet quality standards Outcomes / KPIs Process Improvements Manufacturing Efficiency / Cost Savings Response time Requirements Education: Possess a bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field Skills: - Proficiency in technical problem-solving - Familiarity with multiple programming languages such as Python, C#, and C/C++ - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Competencies Innovation Management: Is good at bringing the creative ideas of others to market; has a sense about managing the creative process of others; can facilitate effective brainstorming.
