Process Development Engineer (Converting) - Coruña For our Retail Division, based in La Coruña, we are looking for a Process Development Engineer (converting) to be an active part of our New RFID Innovation Center. What you will do Reporting to the R&D Manager, the Process Development Engineer (converting) will be responsible of the development of RFID tag manufacturing process. How you will do it RFID tag converting and printing process development (quality, cost structure, throughput, performance) and definition (used process, materials, process parameters, quality assurance and process output). This responsibility covers inhouse manufacturing or purchased components. Materials development (sourcing, evaluating and qualifying new raw materials, tools and consumables) Participation in new product development Technology platform development (evaluating and developing new technologies, participation in equipment investment projects) Support for customer and supplier claim handling All of the above require planning and executing test runs, analyzing results using statistical tools and reporting the results Location: A Coruña. Hybrid role (3 days per week in the office) What we are looking for Technical education (min. BSc) from suitable field (for example materials engineering, mechanical engineering) Minimum 5 years of experience. Understanding on process/product development process.
