As a Mfg. Engineer you'll be responsible for:
This role is responsible for the optimization of the maintenance process as well as focused improvements of the equipment.Plan, design and/or co-ordinate engineering projects related to the improvement of the production capacity, quality and/or efficiencies.Troubleshooting of the (most) complex and/or repetitive equipment problems.Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through literature, technical contacts and industry competition.Maintain and improve line performance with regards to planned and unplanned downtime.What you'll doDowntime breakdowns & preventive.Maintenance costs, AM/PM adherence.Number of TRC's (Total Recordable Cases) (safety).Machine safety compliance.Project according to agreed milestone planning and within budget.Your qualificationsMechanical or Electrical Engineering skills incl machine safety and ergonomics.Drives Operational Excellence, Lean methods and tools.Deep understanding of continuous improvement.Problem-solving capability.Communication and reporting skills, networking, interaction with senior level.
