Mission Lead the technical and technological strategy of the factory, providing solutions and guaranteeing the best decisions regarding machinery, automation and technology.
Provide advanced technical support to all technical areas of production service, such as Industrialization, Automation, Maintenance, Digital Transformation, Making and Logistics.Collaborate in the technical and strategic decisions on automation, manufacturing and layout, providing the necessary technical and technological knowledge.Supervise, control and verify the Industrialization & Automation processes, both internal and subcontracted, ensuring the transfer of knowledge to the production support teams.Focus objectives and strategies by adjusting facilities, machinery, automation and methods to GMPs, regulations and product requirements, guaranteeing the safety of people and assets, and ensuring compliance with product availability timings in a global environment of continuous improvement.
What you'll get to do Planning : Lead the technical strategy and technological evolution and automation of the plant Planning and supervision of technological projects for the Filling & Making areas Supervise, control and verify the Industrialization and Automation processes both internal and subcontracted Action plan for optimization of automated plant processes.
Identification of risks/incidents/failures in the factory systems to correct or mitigate them.
Create appropriate synergies and training plans for the technical teams, especially Industrialization & Maintenance.
Develop and propose methodological processes for technical decision and URS definitions Execution : Provide expert support and collaborate with the Maintenance and Industrialization teams in the production service functions.
Develop the expertise functions for the automation of systems in the FILLING & MAKING AREAS Perform study and definition tasks to ensure the integration and start-up of machinery and technology: Investment / Development of Functional Specifications / Project Planning / Support in Programming and technical resolution of incidents / FAT-SAT / Monitoring and Analysis Design the strategy and collaborate in the modification, optimization and adaptation of equipment and machinery.
