Mandarin Speaking Management Trainee In Biotech Industry (Madrid Based)

Position: Management Trainee (Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory Affair, Business Development)
Responsibilities: Support the executive management team in bridging the work communication between Madrid Site and Shanghai Site.Support the execution of business strategy defined for each function, organize the work meetings and follow up the action plans.Participate in the project assignment under the guidance of project leaders.Business process optimization through learning and analysis of possible improvements.Deeply involve in the functional domain where the management trainee is specialized in and be able to contribute to the achievements of the functional objectives.Qualifications & Skills Required: Received education in biotech related discipline, master and above degree preferred.Fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, and English.A fast learner and team player.Result focused and self-driven.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
