How you will make a difference You will help us to 'change finance and finance change' by translating Triodos' Group strategy to the country context and the country-specific business plan and initiatives. This includes translating the Group's functional and commercial strategy into country objectives, providing local guidance and communicating country needs. This role is responsible for delivering national results, representing Triodos Bank externally in the market and public domain, and inspiring the team. Represent Triodos Bank in the public domain, serve as ambassador for the essence of the Triodos Bank in the country market, public domain, and co-worker community. Embedding Triodos Bank essence and identity on a country level. Develop Triodos' local business (balancing impact, risk, and return) within the groupwide framework & guidelines and has the commercial & customer responsibilities for Business Banking and Personal (& Private) banking customers within the market. Be accountable & responsible for the country commercial P&L, including realizing Profit and Impact objectives. Regarding Country organization you will: Be ultimately accountable for decisions taken in the country. You will provide the country perspective and be consulted for significant country-related matters and influence decisions by Group Directors. Build and develop the local Triodos team, culture, performance, and organization. Ensuring working together as 'one bank' across the Group and pro-actively managing the relationships with Group.
