The largest Transaction Advisory practice outside the Big Four, our global integrated teams help private equity, hedge fund and corporate acquirers unlock value across the investment cycle.As a Manager in our TAG practice, you will have the opportunity to work with our highly motivated and effective team of professionals on a variety of interesting projects across different industries including but not limited to manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, restaurants, business and industrial services as well as healthcare, software & technology, energy and financial services. You will add value to our clients by offering data-enabled business, financial, and operational transparency during pre-acquisition due diligence or post-acquisitions performance improvement projects.Responsibilities will include:* Lead numerous client engagements* Effectively manage day-to-day client interaction and relationships* Proactively contribute to business development opportunities* Manage and prioritize team responsibilities and consult with senior members of the team as appropriate across multiple deals* Work cohesively and collaboratively across stakeholdersA&M is an environment that presents a real opportunity for ambitious individuals as all employees are encouraged to develop their client network and business development skills.Essential experience:* Strong educational background and exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance and/or Mathematics* Must have at least 5 years of experience in Transactions Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) within a Big4 firm or Private Equity Firm.* Fluent business level English and Spanish is essential.
