Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Business Function AccountabilityLead operations for the all of the Business functions assignedBe subject matter expert on all business functions for which role is responsible and a point of escalation when issues arise.Provide world-class customer service to stakeholders (including internal clients and external suppliers) by managing expectations, building partnerships and resolving issues.Lead strategic projects:Initiate and execute strategic projects including client and supplier interactions, supporting supplier business partnerships, function harmonization and process improvement.Success measurement and compliance:Identify and track team metrics for maximizing team throughput and efficiencies.Prioritize stakeholder requests to ensure that orders meet the SLAs of the business are placed and invoices are reconciled in a timely manner based on the needs of the business.Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies.People Management (8-12 COE EEs)Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.Organize scheduling of team members and balancing workloads, training on current processes (refresher sessions) and onboarding of new employees.Monitor employee work volume and quality and provide guidance on expectations.Provide daily work direction and feedback to the team.Work with team to define and manage goals by translating department strategic objectives into team-level goals.Responsible for performance management of team.Process ImprovementProvide leadership on best practices and processes for the business function for the region.Lead team in aligning core responsibilities, strategy and activities essential to add value to the business functions assigned.Keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills that enable sound decision making.Ability to identify and deconstruct issues to overcome obstacles.Bring different teams together to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.Championing Inclusion at WBDWarner Bros.
