Manager Technology And Innovation (All Genders)

Wings Handling needs to be at the forefront of the use of technology and innovation in key areas of airport handling, among others:
GSE management and operation, Resource Planning and Real Time Control, and Data Management and Analysis.
Responsibilities:

Development of a strategic vision for technology and innovation in alignment with the business objectives.
Identification of opportunities to enhance operational processes by means of the use of technology and innovative solutions.
Continuous research and evaluation of new technologies, tools, trends, and advances in the airport handling and ground operations industries.
Oversight of the implementation of technological projects within given timeframes and budget.
Ensure operational safety, legal compliance, and cyber and data security in all technological initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
Demonstrated previous experience in a leadership position in technology and innovation.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the airport handling sector or related industries.
Experience in managing technological projects, from conception to implementation.
Deep knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in areas such as automation, digital control, data analytics, artificial intelligence, etc.
Solid understanding of security and compliance aspects in technological environments.
Sound ability to communicate in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
