The EY Innovation Spanish team is part of a larger innovation studio network spread across the world, where we aim to help our clients capture growth opportunities and overcome present and future challenges by combining a design-driven approach with strategic & business sense.
We believe in bringing solutions with a different approach from traditional consulting, driven by urgency and uncertainty, based on a startup mindset, building in hand with our clients, not for them but with them, linking strategy to reality.
Our focus relies on helping our clients build new business models outside of their core business, as well as new products and services to support business growth and sustainability over time,
while developing new tailor-made organizations to articulate their new status quo.
We're looking for people that are not afraid to think differently, with exceptional talent and a lot of energy to create change.
