The Trust and Safety Experience team owns all customer facing components of the Trust & Safety Platform and supports the user interfaces for Affirm Products like Card, Savings, Prequal, Checkout, User Portal and Repayment flows across various geographies. This team is responsible for building the User Experiences for sign in / signup, authentication, fraud detection & mitigation flows and creating backend APIs to deliver the Identity and Fraud decisions for users who come through various platforms (Web, iOS, Android) and entry channels. The Trust and Safety team is growing and we are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager with a track record of leading high performing teams. You will lead a fast paced team to build optimizations through experimentation and improve the E2E conversion.
