Right now, we need to strengthen our Consumer Experience team with a Manager, Social Media. What you'll do: As Manager, Social Media, you will own the strategy and delivery for all content on social media and community management to create a brand personality and social community of loyal consumers. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of social content, responding/regulating comments, driving reactive and culturally relevant content and curating the best social media experience as part of the consumer journey Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate and be a voice for social media as part of the 'always on' calendar planning. Work with local markets to tweak the strategy to ensure that social media can be locally relevant where applicable. Report on social media performance, analyse success and develop techniques to improve. Deliver channel growth and develop relevant platforms ensuring that each channel grows authentically whilst enhancing engagement and interest. Work closely with Customer Service in order to continue a joint way-of-working and information sharing. A cooperative mindset and natural problem-solver who is able to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders and market maturity to provide the best business solutions. You probably have the following experiences & skills: 5 years experience in social media marketing. Experience managing teams and partners, directing workflow, delegating tasks. Experience of working with audience acquisition and development whilst creating compelling brand storytelling to define and align social media KPI's. Good working knowledge of Sprout Social, Google Applications, Keynote, Microsoft Office. Strong English language skills and attention to detail in text. Experience of working with a heritage brand.
