The ideal candidate should possess a high degree of commercial knowledge, an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about new challenges.Experience in areas such as mergers, acquisitions and deals support, business planning and financial reviews, buy-side, and sell-side financial and commercial due diligence reviews, finance raising and managing sell-side mandates, among others is essential.
